Privacy policy

Trident Residencies collects the personal information you give us through our enquiry forms — name, phone number, email address, and which residence you're asking about — solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to proceed, manage our relationship with you as a client. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Submitting an enquiry sends your details to our team over WhatsApp so we can reply directly; we don't route enquiries through a third-party email or CRM provider. We keep enquiry details only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of your project and the record-keeping period required by Sri Lankan law.

We use standard analytics to understand how visitors use this site (e.g. which pages are viewed); this does not identify you personally. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just contact us at trident@assiduaint.com or +94 77 321 9679. We aim to handle these requests in line with Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
